One App.
One Wallet.
Global Access.
Get paid instantly anywhere in the world. No bank account. No delays. No borders.
The world is global.
Money is still local.
Workforce payments still ride on infrastructure that wasn’t built for cross-border work. The cost lands on the worker, on the finance team, and on every cycle that has to happen “next week, not this one”.
Workers wait days to get paid
3-to-5 banking days has become normalised. Workers in strong corridors live with it. Workers in hard corridors absorb it — and quietly leave.
Cross-border fees eat the paycheck
Every intermediary takes a slice. By the time the worker sees the balance, it’s been opaquely shrunk by FX spread, correspondent fees, and “processing”.
Finance rebuilds the picture every cycle
Country-by-country bank accounts. Country-by-country reconciliation. A back-office of Excel work to answer “did everyone get paid?”.
One flow. Three steps. Instant.
Banco replaces the country-by-country banking stack with one wallet system. Money moves from the client wallet to the worker wallet, in any direction, in any supported currency or asset — with full reconciliation back to the workforce platform.
Client wallet funds the pay-cycle
The finance team funds one client wallet — once, in whatever currency or asset treasury prefers — and approves the pay-run from the workforce platform.
- Wire (USD, EUR, GBP), ACH, SEPA
- Direct Debit and bank transfer
- One pay-run, the whole workforce
Funds land in the worker wallet in seconds
Wallet-to-wallet transfer settles instantly inside the Banco network — no correspondent banks, no clearing window, no waiting.
- Settled in seconds, not banking days
- Zero transaction fee inside the network
- Multi-currency hold with preferred FX
The worker decides what to do with it
The wallet is spendable the second money lands. The worker chooses — Banco doesn’t dictate.
- Banco card · virtual, physical, Apple & Google Pay
- Off-ramp via ACH, PIX, SPEI, SEPA, FPS
- Hold, convert, or send to family
- Invest directly from the wallet
What Banco delivers for the worker, and for the client.
Workforce payments has two customers. The worker waiting to be paid. And the finance team that has to make every payment happen — across countries, currencies, and corridors — without a back-office full of reconciliation work.
Real-time. Every time. Accurate.
The worker experience the rest of the workforce-payments market hasn’t actually delivered.
-

Side-by-side with the way
the workforce gets paid today.
A great bank network isn’t a great workforce-payments tool. Banco rebuilds the layer that turns “payment sent” into “money in the worker’s hand” — instantly, accurately, and at a fraction of the operational cost.

Common questions.
What exactly does Banco do?
Banco is a workforce-payments wallet system. It provisions a wallet for each worker, lets clients fund one client wallet from any source (wire transfer, ACH, SEPA, Direct Debit), and settles client → worker payments instantly inside the Banco network.
Every worker gets the full stack on top: multi-currency hold, FX at institutional rates, withdrawal to a local bank account where supported, and a Banco card (virtual/physical/Apple & Google Pay).
How is Banco different from a regular bank transfer?
Bank rails settle in 3–5 banking days, charge per transaction, take FX spread, and force the client to maintain country-by-country bank accounts. Banco settles wallet-to-wallet in seconds at zero transaction fee inside the network, and the client funds a single wallet that pays the entire workforce.
For the worker, that means money lands now, in their currency, and is spendable the second it arrives — via card, bank withdrawal, or hold.
Which countries are covered today?
180+ countries have full wallet provisioning live today, including all of LATAM’s strongest corridors, the EU/EEA via SEPA, the UK via FPS, US via ACH/FedWire, plus selective APAC (Philippines, India) and growing African coverage (Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, Kenya, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco).
For wallet + off-ramp + card combinations and the prohibited list, see the coverage tables above — or ask the assistant in the bottom-right corner.
What does Banco cost vs traditional rails?
Up to 80% lower cost per cross-border pay-out vs traditional bank rails. Up to 70% reduction in operational cost for finance teams managing workforce payments. Wallet-to-wallet transfers inside the Banco network are zero transaction fee.
Exact economics vary by corridor and on-ramp; CSM / revenue can confirm at deal time.
Is Banco safe? How are funds held?
Fast is only powerful when it’s safe. Banco is built on tier-1 banking rails (Bridge, a Stripe company), with funds held in safeguarded client accounts at tier-1 banks. Every flow runs through real-time AML and fraud screening. Every transaction writes back to a single audit-ready ledger.
SOC 2 Type II infrastructure underneath Papaya Global. Documents and balances are segregated, traceable, and audit-ready.
Can a client pay EOR employees, AOR contractors, and direct workforce from one wallet?
Yes — that’s the point. One client wallet pays the entire workforce: EOR employees, AOR contractors, direct workforce, and vendors. One flow, one ledger entry per transaction, one reconciliation back to the workforce platform. No country-by-country bank accounts, no separate vendor payment process.
One wallet system.
Real-time to the worker.
Low-cost to the client.
